Ferishta obtained a double-degree in Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Criminology in 2016 and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2017.

Ferishta’s practice experience has included Criminal, Family, Civil, and Traffic Law as well as Wills & Estate matters which has seen her appear in many different jurisdictions including the Supreme, District and Magistrates Courts of Western Australia, the Family Court of Western Australia and the State Administrative Tribunal.

Ferishta develops a strategic approach in advancing her client’s case to achieve the best possible outcome. Ferishta has a solutions focused approach to resolving legal disputes. She enjoys helping clients through difficult life situations.

Outside work, Ferishta enjoys boxing, playing chess and watching the sunrise at the beach.
